I am about to move out of one of Brett Cades rental properties earlier than my contract says due to the complete dissatisfaction I have experienced with him as a landlord. When we first moved in everything they promised that would be done was not, including extreme water damage, roach issues and black carpet. We had to rent our own carpet cleaner because they refused to clean. Every complaint we would have they'd deny fixing until we threatened to report there illegal habits. We went without heat for almost a week during one of the coldest weeks in December, I even had to purchase a thermometer to track the temperature, it went as low as 40 degrees in my bedroom. We still do not have fully functional locks and the water damage is getting worse. We also have tenants below us that have ruined most of our belongings by smoking inside and they will not do anything about it as well as the maintenance men coming and going in our apartments as they please, with little to no warning or time fr
