Lone Wolf Towing & Transport

My daughter parked her car right where I told her not too. Lone Wolf was called by her apartment complex to be towed. I live 2 hours away and I called Lone Wolf to discuss what it was going to take to get the car back. They were extremely nice to me. I know they are just in a business that makes them look bad. But it was the apartment complex that called them and ultimately my daughter that parked a non op car in a two parking places. The weather had been bad and Lone Wolf waived 3 days of storage until I could pick the car up. When I got there to pick the car up. I did not have what I needed to load the car on my trailer. Lone Wolf used their tow truck to load the car on my trailer for me for no extra charge. I have read the bad reviews. But my experience was great with them.

I have called and called and called about a vehicle issue that they DONT have permits but i find them all parked here illegally and i CAN NOT park me the one who pays my rent so like i said i have called SEVERAL times i have gotten a rude lady and a pretty rude guy and all they say is we will be out or they just went through last night and they DONT make their way so i wonder what they are getting paid for by the complex to only come out WHEN THEY FEEL THEY WANT TO wow easy money so i think its funny that all these people got towed but i cant even get their service done yea rip offs and not business like at all!!!! OUT FOR THAT EASY PENNY!!!

believe what you see below, these people should be put out of business. there worst than stray dogs running the street. I was out of my car, parked in a visitors spot , when I come back out my car was go. not even for 5min. then charged 250 to brief it back. I understand their purpose but its more harm than good. who needs them around to monitor parking anyways. I say everyone.e pore water on them or something harmless whenever you see them. to show we don't want them around. cause they are worthless money robbing thieves.

I WOULD NOT MY WORST ENEMY TO USE THESE PEOPLE!!!! they are NOT respectable towing company!! my step daughter and her boyfriend recently moved into a apartment complex with a newborn baby. they havent even lived there 1 month yet and for backing into their parking space to unload the babies things from trunk of car and take them and baby upstairs this rip off towing company pulled up to her car and hooked it up to tow. the driver told the boyfriend "give me $100.00 and i'll drop it right now". well, since they didnt have the money he went ahead and took the car,at 10:15 pm! after my husband calling the tow company, the woman hung up on him then wouldnt answer phone when he called back. talking about chicken . however, their car WAS NOT the only car backed into a parking space. a sebastian county sherriff was also,but did he get his patrol car towed off?? no!!

the next morning,after several phone calls, this scam of a company increased the fees from $234.50 to $278.00. the car HAD NOT been in thier lot for 24 hours or more. his reasoning for the price increase "i've had atleast 7 calls about this car and its rattling my nerves" for 1 thing thats a bul....l lie there wasnt even 7 people who knew it had gotten towed. this jerk of a so called "man" didnt even have enough balls to come to meet my husband and step daughter, the coward sent his wife!!!!

and dont ask for any business cards because they wont have any.

i hope these crooks dont actually think this is over by a long shot, were just getting started. we will fight to end this company!!

these people are outright crooks. the city should revoke their license. they will charge $200 to $400 for a car they just picked up and towed five blocks! they've got to be paying somebody off downtown to be able to keep getting away with this. they even act and talk like gangsters. tell the mayor to revoke their license - they give fort smith a bad name and they make poor hard working people lose their jobs when they lose their transportation.

Lone wolf is a respectable towing company. It's sad people only give reviews because they violated parking laws at their residence. Those laws aren't created by the towing service, but made by the company whom hired the towing company. If you really want to complain about your vehicle getting towed, talk to your landlord and quit complaining about the fact you made an error. Learn how to be responsible next time and this won't happen. If Lone Wolf damaged your vehicle during transit, then I would have to agree they aren't very good. This is not the case though.

They towed my car from my apartment complex for having a FLAT TIRE. The only notification I received (or rather failed to receive) was a sticker on the window of my car placed on October 22, 2011 which I wasn't aware was there until October 23, 2011 at around 11:00 AM since I work from home and didn't go anywhere on the 22nd. The time space on the sticker was left blank, only the date was filled on saying the 23rd. I was out getting the jack and lug wrench to put the spare on my car and when I got home my car was gone. I got it out the same day it was towed and it was $180.00. I think these people are straight up evil. I received no phone call or knock on my door saying it was going to be towed and my apartment complex has the information for my car so they could have figured out how to get in touch with me.

Definitely a desperate business. The signs are not located in the front entrance to show that vehicles will be towed. Instead this worthless husband/wife run company seeks out any possible business they can get by towing cars on some of Griffin Properties' ridiculous parking spaces. Somebody is sucking somebody else off here! It's sad that they have to resort to this lifestyle to try and make a living. Aside from that, they are incredibly rude, arrogant, and ultimately greedy for anything they can get. They couldn't keep their story straight and changed it everytime questioned. Really shady. Never park downtown and if you do, watch for a fat bald guy who thinks he's hot stuff to be driving around searching for any business he might get by towing your vehicle. Whitetrash rednecks definitely fits this lowlife company.
