El Zarape

I really like El Zarape. I eat here all the time with various people. But I’m am seriously going to stop coming here if they don’t fix those nasty booth seats. I will rate them 5 stars when they deserve it, after the booth seats are fixed!

Best authentic Mexican food in the area!

My daughter and I went to el zarape one Sunday and she ordered the Stevens special and I ordered a taco, burrito combination dinner. The waiter brought out the drinks and then the food. My daughters food was fine. But when I picked up my taco grease poured from the taco. I took one bite it was a oily geasy mess. I tried the beef burrito. Same thing oily greasy mess. My food was unedible. The waiter never came back to our table for me to try to get him to correct my dinner. My daughter had finished her dinner nor refill my soda. I had to grab another waiter and complain about my un edible lunch. He apologized and didn't charge me for my lunch. But I left the restaraunt hungry. I will not be returning to el zarape. If your in the mood for mexican go to La Huerta. I have never been disappointed there. No I do not work for either restaraunt or have any affiliation with either. Just a customer giving his experience and El Zarape was a poor experience in my book
