2 words describe my experience...1) OVERPRICED...and 2) POOR quality of work. Dr. Ligon does not make himself available nor are they attentive to your needs. If you are considering this place, please take my advice and think again. I had to switch dentists to get what happened at this office fixed. You want a dentist that has a passion for what he does, and this is not what I gathered from my experience. They are only in it for the money and it comes off in what they do. Cavities that were diagnosed there were somehow not even cavities when another dentist looked. Trust me, this is not the place you want to take your business.

This office has always impressed me. Very professional. You never wait in the lobby for to be seated, procedures are explained in detail, and a dental emergency is worked in promptly!

I could not wish for better care.

My first appointment for a check up and cleaning went fine. The receptionist, Leslie, was kind and professional. The hygienist gave me the best cleaning I think I have ever had. The dentist, doctor Ligon, seemed to be in a big hurry and not that friendly, but nothing way out of the ordinary. Dr. Ligon found 4 cavities and I scheduled a follow-up. At no time was I informed that a different dentist would see me at the next appointment. The second visit I had filings done at this office. Several things were bothersome.

1. I did not get to see the dentist I scheduled with.

2. The person who did my filings never even introduced herself. She just came in the room and went to work. I assume that she was a dentist.

3. She did not wait long enough for the numbing agent to work (20 seconds - she said that is all it takes) and I experienced significant pain when she injected the anesthetic - something that has never happened to me before.

I'll not be going back to this dental office. This experience has made me understand why people have anxiety about dental work.

Usually appointments run on time which is convenient. They are all very nice and it's always a good experience. Dr Ligon is a good dentist and takes his time to go over everything.

The work that Dr Ligon does is fantastic. He talks to you in a way that makes you feel comfortable. He really cares about you and what is going on in your life. I feel very comfortable going to my appointments.

I really enjoy the personal connections I get with the dentist. My appointments have run on time and the staff is always friendly. They are accommodating to my schedule.

In the years that I've been going here I've never had a bad experience. They are all really nice and make sure that I am comfortable. I'm always in and out in a reasonable time.
