The only reason I choose 1 star is because you didn't have a ZERO. I just called the store at 7:00pm to ask if a silver bracelet had been found. Whoever answered the phobe could barely speak English and asked my last name/ What? Why would they ask that. i asked again if there was a lost and found she said something that I totally could not understand except that it seemed she was transferring me somewhere. Where? I don't know but it was somewhere there was no one to answer the phone. It rang over 30 times befoew I hung up. What is wrong with you people? I'll shop anywhere else before I ever come back. What a bad taste that gave.
