My Perfect Climate

Paul put in a new furnace in my rental home. i asked him if he can put in a new AC unit which i had in storage at the same time. i sent him a picture of the specs on it and he said it would fit the system. He installed the AC, which was last fall and said it was working. Since summer hit now, the AC runs but the compressor will not come on and cool the house. I called Paul to tell him about it but he ignored my request. I called Chucks Heating and Cooling and the guy told me within 2 minutes that the AC will not work at the house because it is a commercial unit and needs 3 phase wiring. he showed me on the panel where it said that in plain letters. the same panel which i texted paul. Now they will not come out and replace the unit with the right one which i would be providing also. he said he is not standing behind his work since he gave me a deal on the install. Looks like i'll be settling this in court!

Paul the owner of this company came to our house to fix a problem with our heat but not only did he not fix the problem he added to the problem by performing a service to our heating and a/c unit that did not need to be performed. He charged us for it and then we found out from two other companies that he messed up our unit and we had to pay them to fix it. When we reached out to Paul to tell him about the mistake he made and asked for a refund he was not only unprofessional but try to dodge our phone calls and said he would not give us our money back. Please do not ever call this company for service or you will be scammed!!
