My salesman, Ron Bonatz, has been spectacular. He has assisted me in getting out of a intricate situation with my current car, and into a brand new 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited. It was pretty tough getting down to a payment that I was comfortable with, but Ron would not stop until we reached that comfort zone. I will definitely be back, and I will recommend Stateline to my friends and family.

Heartbreakers!

Was shown a car well over budget, but told not to worry would not effect the agreed max monthly payment at least three or four times....daughter and I very excited, go to purchase the next day...spent 2 hrs going over all the lovely features, go to sign and payments are double...left crying...embarrassed and heartbroken. They really pushed this car that was clearly out of my budget...after telling us we could manage payments...lies! Typical for car salesmen I guess, and I should have known better. They could have sold us a number of cars they had on the lot... if they weren't so greedy.

BAD dealership!!!

Purchased a pre-owned c350. Never ever believe ANY salesman on this dearlship! They lied to us regarding the 30 day warranty. First, we have to argue about the tail light wiring, next they broke the tire sensor while replacing a tire. Third, we have to pay for a broken part wherein IT SHOULD'VE BEEN COVERED WITH WARRANTY as assured by the salesperson who assisted us. Now, the check engine light is on and they don't want to fix the issue, EVEN THOUGH IT'S STILL WITHIN THE 30 DAY PERIOD! Had a terrible experience with them!!!

I purchase two Dodge Nitro's l...

I purchase two Dodge Nitro's last year, they both have had numerous repairs done and still have not been fixed. The steering is so tight that the whole front of both vehicles jump when it hits a bump rather than absorb the bump. For a brief moment, you are not in control of the vehicle, yet everytime we complain, they state nothing is wrong. I will return to GM as a customer in all future automobile purchases.

I bought a van 2 1/2 months ag...

I bought a van 2 1/2 months ago and was supposed to get a gps head unit with bluetooth. We paid for the upgrade. As of today 3 trips later it is still incomplete. They are quick to get your money and then could care less. I wouldnt recomend this place to an enemy.
