Smile Limo

If you want a limo don't call them. I called to book a limousine for my grandson's senior prom. I decided to use Smile Limo because they were the only ones that didn't charge you to have the driver sit iutside the venue all night. I called 3 times to confirm that my limo was reserved & was told yes. I specifically said limo not car. The day of the prom what shows up but a Lincoln Town Car. When I told the driver there was some mistake that I had ordered a limo he said no this is what I ordered that there was no limo. We had no choice but to let the kids get in the car to go to the prom. They were very disappointed watching all the other kids getting into limos. After they left I called the company to voice my displeasure and the kids disappointment. The gentleman that answered the phone informed me that they do not have limousines. He said he didn't know who I spoke to but it wasn't him. He said there was nothing he could do. I don't know why you would name your company Smile Limo LLC when you don't have any limos. So in closing if you want to book a limousine don't call them because they don't have any.
