Riverview Towers

the location of the building is really amazing, you are near everything.......but it would have been ideal if management treats people better than that.

First of all I'm paying 2200 dollars a month for rent, for that much I would expect the place to be perfect, but it's actually way too far from perfect, here's why

1. The building has a doorman, they are actually all very nice and polite, but the problem is they have them busy doing so many things at night, so you will come so many times and you won't see the doorman,

2. maintenance is not that great, when I moved in there was plenty of things that needed to be fixed, and until now they are not done.

3. Management treated me very nice in the very beginning but now they are not friendly at all. they would use every chance to get money out of you.





If you are not from NJ be careful. NJ state allows landlords to take 1 month and a half from tenants



so to conclude, the location of the building is really amazing, but if you can find another apartment building in Fort Lee, you are better off
