Ditto what 2007 reviewer said. It's still a great coop! Not much new to add. Affordable, convenient to NYC via vans/buses. Compared to NYC, feels like living in a white picket fence, small town community, yet close to NYC, and surrounding towns! Complex is well maintained. I think of it as a Manhattan coop at a fraction of the cost and congestion. Including local stores and restaurants which are also cheaper and less crowded. Great to be able to live in the beautiful town of Fort Lee, yet be so close and commutable to NYC, beaches, airports, etc. Best to check it out on Google maps, to see what's around it, the commute times, etc. And, check out Fort Lee's website, videos, etc. Amazing all that is here!
