that this company products are no good i brought an $400 lace front Remy wig from an store by my home an i had very bad issues with the hair i contacted the store an they referred me to JK trading inc since they was the supplier. So i spoke to someone name Kaylen an emailed pictures of the hair, receipt, the special shampoo and conditioner an the box. when i tried to reach her pertaining to this matter got alot of people who could barley speak english an just kept hanging up the phone on me when i finally talked with Kaylen she said her supervisor said its been too long an their is no way it could shed that bad an they not going to do nothing so i told them i will be reporting them to bbb an hiring an lawyer all i wanted was an replacement an i know i brought it 2 months ago hower spending $400 on an wig your expecting it to last longer than 2 months. i will not buy there brand again an i will let the public know about their company as well
