The New Jersey State Board of Dentistry has reviewed your complain. After careful consideration of all reports, the Board has determined there is insufficient cause for further action in regard to the treatment rendered by the above captioned dentist.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A.45:1-21 ( c ) and ( d ), the Board is authorized to take disciplinary action in cases where gross malpractice, gross negligence or gross incompetence is demonstrated, or alternatively in instance where repeated acts of negligence, malpractice or incompetence is demonstrated, or where a violation of the Board's Statutes and Regulations has occurred.
