I would like to congratulate you for the courteous attention from your staff on the 5th Floor Atrium. As I have never had to be admitted into a hospital since the birth of my last child (more than 24 years ago), I was pleasantly surprised to have received such fine treatment from the doctors who saw me, namely Dr. Ruiz, Dr. Potparic, and the doctors from infectious diseases. Each of the doctors kept me well informed and answered any and all of my questions. And, as for the nurses, PCA’s, and the nutrition staff, I give tremendous credit to them for keeping me informed, comfortable, and well feed, and I appreciate everything their hard work, namely Bernie, Daphney, Ranjeve, Sonia, Angela, Dee and the others whose names I can’t remember. All of the staff on the 5th Floor Atrium deserve a lot of credit for taking such good care of so many patients. Thank you.
Electrocardiogram
Dr. Potparic is available to speak with you before your surgical procedure as many times as needed to be sure that you fully understand the risks and benefits of surgery. We require medical clearance by your primary care physician, blood work, as well as an EKG if you are 40 years or older a week before surgery.

Breast Lift
Breast augmentation can increase or balance breast size, restore breast volume, or restore the breast shape after partial or total loss. Over time, age, genetics and pregnancy may lead to the desire for a breast lift, but augmentation is most usually performed on younger women with small breasts. Weight changes and gravity can cause the size and shape of your breasts to change. It is important to realize that breast augmentation cannot correct significantly sagging or drooping breasts. Dermabrasion is a technique that uses a high-speed rotary diamond wheel to remove upper layers of skin. This resurfacing method is used for treatment of facial scars, such as those caused by acne. It can also be used to help reduce deep wrinkles around the mouth.

Chemical peels are one of the most popular non-invasive cosmetic procedures performed to rejuvenate the appearance of the skin. Over time, factors such as sun damage, heredity, diet, and repetitive muscle movement contribute to the formation of lines and wrinkles in the face.
