I would rate it zero. I am pregnant and it was pouring rain when I went there for my last appointment for an ultrasound. I went alone with my baby of 1yr old. My appointment was at 3:30pm but I could not get out of my car because of the rain - I had to take out the stroller from the trunk and protect my baby. It took me like 30 min to wait a little bit until the rain stop and then take the stroller and my baby out . As soon as I arrived the receptionist (Melissa) told me that I was late (that my appointment was at 3:30pm and it was 4pm). I explained that it was POURING rain. She said ok. Then I waited and waited and waited and my baby was getting fussy. She kept passing other patients first, my baby was getting fussy & Melissa did not care it is VERY DIFFICULT when you are with a baby and a huge belly. Dr Adolfo M. Gonzalez Garcia told me: "You are going to make me a favor if you just walk out of the office". Both were very rude and did not care about my baby or my health.
