I highly recommend this tech support company. PC Explorers. The service they performed on my Grandma's computer was quick and efficient. Rather then taking to my local office depot and waiting up to 7 business days they had a remote technician login and had finished the very next day. Defiantly recommend to anyone having PC related issues and needing a virus repair or tuneup.

Overall a great tech support company. They saved me over $100 and since i was not able to bring my computer into best buy and leave it for 5-6 days, they have my machine fixed within 24 hours. The sales rep (Steven M.) was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand how to keep my computer running for years to come.

I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who is having trouble with their computer. There were very reasonably priced and able to work on my computer remotely so I didnt have to go anywhere. I really appreciate how kind and patient the sales rep, Alexander was with me. Overall great company!
