Park By The Ports

These guys have always been great to work with! Quick service and great attitudes. I always use them when I travel out of the airport or cruise port in Ft Lauderdale.

It wasn't that close by the airport and that maybe some of the reason behind the wait. I parked my car for a week in the beginning of June and got a nail stuck in my brand new $200 tire. I know I picked it up at the parking lot because when the nail was found in my tire at the parking lot it hadn't even been punctured all the way through it was sticking half way out of the tire indicating the nail had not been driven on and was pick up in that very spot. They run a mechanic shop out of the front of the lot and could be the responsible ones for dropping nails where the parking lot operates. I waited 30mins for drop off & 1:45mins to be picked up, the parking lot is located 20 mins. from the airport. my the car was not ready when I arrived to pick up they had it blocked in with 5 other cars needing to be moved to access my car and that took about another 20mins. Cars clustered, unorganized parking mess. I would never use them again and I'm out $200.00 on a new tire
