the way mr. foley had the witness come to his office before trial. He found out the truth about everything else before trial. I had no doubt once mr. foley told me he caught the officer lying and then he lied more so at that point i knew foley would win. Also the bailbondman that got me out told me that Foley is very good at what he does so i felt good about winning. if my friend s got a dui i would tell them mr. foley's name. When the state told him that they would reduce the charges Mr. foley still told me not to accept because he was confident they could not win and would not offer that deal on reckless if they thought they could win. I did not accept it and we went to court and we won. I hope this does not offend any police officers but when he caught them in a lie i realized that police lie and you can not trust them so much. When the officer was being cross examined by Mr foley she actually began to shake like she was lying to her parents as a little kid. Another officer took the stand and tried to say she was present when i arrested but she was not and he proved it so we won. My case was dismissed today july 16, 2010 and im happy its over and i finally feel free

I was charged withTraficking in oxycodone and doctor shopping. I was facing 40 years dept of corrections with 3 year minimum and considering my past in the legal sysytem the results were phenominal. I havea 4th dui arrest which is a felony and a refusal for second time. The video tape did not look too good and after a year of the process i have the best result possible. The charge was changed to a misdemanor and i had the best deal made for me. All my phone calls were returned. Secretary always answered the call and he got back to me.
