Overall

To say our experience with this florist was a disappointment, would be a great understatement. Not only did we NOT get the services we paid for, but we were insulted time and time again, while trying to have a civil conversation and express our concerns. We came to Nisha originally to have flowers made for our wedding. Because we were on a budget, we only asked for a few pieces to be made. Specifically, my bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages. Nisha made promises to work with our budget and to deliver top notch service. Needless to say, this was not the case. I called the place of business the week prior during business hours, and left a message asking the owner to call me back. Today, during our in person conversation, I was told that I made no attempt at contacting her to confirm services. Instead, I received a call from Nisha the day before the wedding to confirm colors and number of boutonnieres. Even though, 6 were ordered and paid for, Nisha argued that only 5 are on the receipt. My receipt clearly states 6 with her initials next to it. Nisha proceeded to confirm the variation of purple flowers which would create my bouquet. It appeared as though we were on the same page, and everything that we discussed in person and on the phone was cohesive. The day of the flowers did not look ANYTHING like what we discussed; they were green and white, with a thick purple wire around the stems and also sticking out like two antennas from in between the flowers. It was awful. When we went to speak to Nisha the day after the wedding, we got a lot of attitude, excuses, she tried to blame it all on me, she said we were broke when we came in and so she gave us what she considered a good price. As if she was doing us a favor, and she said now we are "broke" again and looking for money. Very insulting. Way to put down a customer. Nisha said that if we come back again, that she would charge full price. As for the boutonnieres, they were not impressive at all, poorly done with uneven wire wrapping, and Nisha claimed they were prize winning pieces. Nisha made decisions on her own and did what she wanted. She did not attempt to fix the situation or offer compensation for the VERY POOR services. We DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company. They will make promises and take your money, but they will not deliver...even what is stated on the receipt itself. If we could give negative stars, we would.

Our Florist wedding experience:

We hired this particular florist because of how wonderful we thought they were. Very friendly, get it done attitude which is what we were looking for. Blue orchids were our primary wedding flower because our wedding colors were malibu blue and pink so the flowers were supposed to have an assortment of these colors. Images were shown of just an example of what the brides bouquet was supposed to look like full of blue orchids and the maid of honor also was supposed to be a mini version of the bridges bouquet. Center pieces also supposed to have similar arrangements for the tables. We arrive to setup other portions of the wedding and NOTHING looked as if even we were sitting at the same table having our conversation originally when we discussed what we wanted. the flowers looked OK and did look old. Whether they were or not I really don't care but its appearance was a let down, we definitely were not wow'd by any means at all, . When we say assortment we think flower colors in no particular order or design, these were bunched together by color and ONE blue orchid stem sticking from the top which contained maybe 3 flowers on each of the 6 tables. I could get into a thousand details buts its not necessary. We did get over it eventually but we were let down. We did call the florist back 2 days after to give them feedback on what our experience was. As an owner you usually want any type of feedback good or bad to get better with your business. The flowers not looking brand new and the location we were having the wedding was on a yacht in the intercoastal, the air condition is not like your in a nice cozy a/c building. We were worried that the flowers (bouquets) would turn brown faster so we preserved them by trying to keep them cooler... Then is when we learned that we were crazy and that they left instructions about what needs done with the flowers (bouquets). UHH THATS YOUR JOB! and i guess we're crazy for giving you our money. No instructions given other than what grooms men get which flowers to wear, absolutely no directions with the bouquets so we cooled them. So when i go to publix and buy flowers thats why i always find them in a cooler. So upon calling them on 2 occasions they listened to what i and my wife had to say for about 1 minute out of each of our 20 min conversations both led to them hanging up on us and arguing with us. Finally before they argued with us they brought up the total bill that we paid which was $1100 after being upsold from $800 to include and arch and delivery. They brought up the point that delivery and pickup for their time should be $500 each and we never paid for their time... i've never heard of a pickup and drop off being that much money but whatever i fully respect that they may have worked around our budget of $800 for the work they've done. But my point is don't take my money and tell me everything is great and not deliver what we discussed! we would have been happy to find someone else to do business with if you couldn't do it!



Overall experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone to use this company we are regretting our decision especially the way they talked to us after we tried being civil. They didn't even attempt to say i'm sorry you feel that way or i'm sorry you were disappointed. instead they insisted of arguing with us and hanging up on us. On the second call i made i wanted to try to clean the air and try to do this right (again) even told him i wanted to make another attempt before i wrote reviews based on our experience. So if anyone reads this and considers doing it, great all the power to you i would not recommend giving them a dollar
