Overall

Staff is friendly and very pleasant but they will upsell you like crazy. They pressured me to have my son's wisdom teeth removed even though they weren't giving him any trouble and weren't impacted. Wisdom teeth removal isn't without risks and in reality, only 12% of people will actually need to have their wisdom teeth removed. See link below:

Furthermore, in decades of going to the dentist I've always been told I had great teeth and have in fact been told I would probably never get a cavity or need a deep cleaning. This office gave me a "deep cleaning" on two consecutive visits. The second time, they didn't even inform me--just billed me afterwards. The cleaning took just 30 minutes and the dentist didn't even come in to check on me.

We were also pressured to buy invisalign for my son's teeth (he just had his braces removed by another dentist a few months before and was still wearing his retainer). I was also told I needed a night bite guard. My last two dentists advised this was not necessary since I've had the same condition for 40 years and it hasn't worsened. This dentist, however, told me my condition would worsen and I would suffer permanent disabling consequences.

Again, the staff is very nice but if you have great insurance they will take full advantage of it and do everything they can to bill your insurance company for whatever they can and then try to get you to pay out of pocket.
