The doctor was very kind and listened to all of my questions. I never felt rushed. He was painless. Never felt the injection. The root canal was the easiest ever. I never took a tylenol. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I was very nervous and they made me feel so much at ease as did the doctor. I have since sent lots of people to that office and they all report a wonderful experience.

One of the reviews had a negative rating. I did not experience anything like that at all. I don't believe a word of it.

Dr. Streiter explained everything to me and gave me all the time I needed for questions. It was an absolutely painless root canal .He was kind and gentle. His staff could not be more accommodating. They took care of all of my needs with a smile. His receptionist was very nice and helpful . She filed my insurance right away and even called them to find out what they would pay. I would return without hesitation. My experience was the exact opposite of what I read as one of the reviews and I don't believe any of it.

The dentist and assistant are ok, but the office staff is horrible. They publish in their pamphlet that they tell you ahead of time the cost, but they didn't. Not usually a problem but then they did not tell me that they would not process my claim until after I paid the whole bill, which I did. Then I called 3 times and 10 days later, they said they sent it in, but I don't think they did. Now I have to wait until it gets processed which will probably be a couple of weeks, and with the holidays coming up, I really could have used the money for gifts. Thanks for ruining my Christmas. I would not recommend this dentist strictly based on their office staff. Avoid them if at all possible.
