The very second the person answers the phone at this office-- is your first clue ...this is not going to be a good experience. It is obvious within 15 seconds this person hates her job. Bad attitude is an under-statement! I am sure there are at least one hundred people that would be more than willing to have heir job in this economy. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, (usually 5 weeks in advance) be very sure you have loads of extra time on your schedule. I have always had at least an extra hour in the waiting room, even though I had a scheduled appointment. I know emergencies come up, however, a courtesy call to let you know the doctor is running late would be nice. Don't ever make the mistake of questioning your bill...than the attitude really kicks in!!!!! I once made the mistake( because of my job) ,to request an appointment after 5 o'clock. I am lucky the receptionist didn't jump over the desk and slap me!

P.S. Found a physician that has restored my hope...there are nice professional people in Florida that do welcome my business.
