As a growing business with PCs, Moblie Devices, Servers and other Equipment, we needed a strong company that understands complete networking. Compservpro does a fantastic job for us and offers great customer service everytime we call.

This letter is in regards to the excellent service that medical imaging has received from CompServPro. We have purchased numerous computers, as you well know, and not one of them has ever faulted or caused any problem that has interrupted service in our business. When I had a minor problem, or any questions, CompServPro has always responded in an excellent timely manner to answer my questions. Medical imaging also has an excellent website that was created by your firm. The website was created exactly the way I wanted it, even small details received the utmost detail. Also, if there were changes to be made to the website that I requested, they are done in a very timely matter. Recently I had a CCTV security system installed at my office and as always the installation team was professional, courteous, and had the system installed quickly. I am thrilled to be able to view my office anytime I need to at my house. I would strongly recommend CompServPro to anyone or any business looking for a company to assist them with any of their computer needs. I could not believe it when someone answered the phone one the 2nd ring! I even got someone that answered all of my questions without having to pass the phone to 2 different people.

I called to get quotes on a telephone system since they sell reseller and installer of Inter-Tel PBX systems. Right away there was something different about the company. I believe they call it professionalism. Not even 24 hour later I already had an on-site survey at no charge by a consultant that answered all of my questions and then some.

In the end, over a 2 month period, I had a;

1. Complete PBX system for 12 telephone lines and 24 extensions

2. New custom built server and 5 workstations to replace old workstations

3. CCTV recording cameras throughout the factory

4. A PA system

I was amazed to find out how many different services they do besides telephones.

...then I had them install a small home theatre personally for me at the house.

Really could not believe it. There has been a few problems (minor minor expected with so much equipment) but they were right there on-site within hours to correct it.

It has been almost 6 months since we started with them and hope they are around for a long time.
