Jack was so helpful and prompt at shipping my two cats for me. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. He even caught some errors in the paper work from the vet and we were able to get the corrected paper work on time for their flight. Thank you so much! I will definitely use him again for pet shipping in the future if I'm in need.

Over 40 years in business at the same location.Tells a lot.The pets we care for keep coming back.The dogs are happy to see us, every time they arrive. Makes you feel good when thier tails are wagging.

Well the pictures above say it all. (that is not my dog/just pictures of someone else who apparently had the same issues as I do) I just got off the phone with the owner because my dog came home from the kennel covered in ticks. I called to ask for some fair compensation for the costs that I will incur to get rid of these ticks, but instead of trying to help in any way, she just tried to turn the tables on me. She said the Advantix I was using doesn't work, wanted to know what kind of house I live in, if my yard and house was exterminated,said I don't know what I am doing because I have a tick problem and she doesn't and then she said my dog came in with them. ( I have never had a tick or a flea in 4 years on either of my dogs) She also said that her girls check every dog that comes in with a blower and that they do a great job. (wouldn't that mean my dog was checked) Basically it was the fault of everything except for the fact that my dog came home from boarding at their facility for a week....and then she hung up on me. I can't believe how unprofessional Renee was. They obviously do not care about their customers. I have spent a lot of money boarding my dogs there. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE.

People are so cheap leaving negative comments trying to blackmail a business. I feel sorry that this is all they have to do all day. Perhaps they should get outside and play with their dogs instead. This is a great family run business that is definitely one of the best in the area. There is a reason why dog businesses go in and out and this has been in business for years. I've been taking my dog Gucci here for years and have never had a bad experience once.
