        RECHARGING YOUR BATTERY WOULD HAVE SOLVED YOUR BATTERY PROBLEM,BUT NOT YOUR BOAT PROBLEM..

        Worst Service Ever. I purchased a marine battery from this company. Jeff helped me out. Seemed like a good deal at first until I installed the battery and it was defective. It was like a nearly dead battery. It didn't have enough juice to start the engine. So I took it back and Jeff was unapologetic and didn't seem to care (which was weird because he was very nice when I purchased the battery). I was under the assumption that the battery would be replaced (as it should be). He said "I cannot help you because all sales are final". What? So even if a battery has a warranty and it is obviously defective, you won't honor it? Thanks for wasting my money and my time. I'll never go back again. I do not recommend to buy from here. Save yourself a headache and the possibility of a defective battery. It is not worth the few extra bucks that you will save from this guy.

        sorry for your experience on discharging the battery but as i recall we came out to the boat and found your battery was discharged and your charging system was not working..this does not warrant replacing a battery under warranty,but would have been more than happy to recharge and recheck at no charge to you...our service call to your boat was a courtesy call which we did not bill you for!..i am truly surprised at your statement telling you that all sales are final ..i am always willing to help any customer to solve their problem..i hope you have solved your issues with the boat! jeff
