I was really impressed with quality and number of options we had finding my daughter a bedroom set . Our salesman Wesley was extremely knowledgeable about his inventory and was very patient as my daughter "was making up her mind ! I believe he went the extra mile to insure that we got what we wanted ! I would recommend Ashley Furniture to all my friends and family.

Ashley furniture has nice furniture that I know of so far..i had a good experience in the store finding the dining room set I liked....however this experience stopped in the store....after waiting two weeks for delivery the day of delivery I was called and told the window of time I would be receiving my delivery but this would not be the case.....I waited for the delivery truck all day.....even allowed for a delay and still nothing....I finally called a number on my invoice paperwork and spoke to a woman who asked how she can help me....I asked her if she could check the status of my delivery and when to expect it....she said she would check and came back on the phone informing me that my dining set had already been delivered....I said no it has not been delivered yet this is why I am calling to find out when to expect the delivery truck ....she again repeated herself and said my dining room set had already been delivered...and tjis time I was pissed and said no it has not are you not listening to me....are deaf?....there was no delivery at my address and where exactly according to your records does it show where the delivery was sent because it wasn't at my address...

Very rudely she said well thats what my records show....I yelled at her and said she had better call up the delivery men and find my dining room table....she yelled at me and I told her I would not tolerate her unprofessional behavior and hung up....I called several phone numbers trying th o track my own delivery down...something I should not have to be doing.....I was given the delivery truck drivers number and he refused to answer the phone...nice huh?.....

Fast forward my delivery finally comes at 8:00pm that night with rude delivery men...I am pretty sure my stop was the last stop for the night and they put my table legs on too fast and now its not right...my table is not sturdy and my chairs are wobbly...go figure...damn delivery guys dont take their jobs serious....they are in the wrong job...also earlier that day I called the sales person that helped me...omg she didnt even care about me getting my dining set...I guess she did her job at tge store and her job stopped there...this store needs all new professional ppl who care about customers ...not want to ignore them...
