American Nail #2

I've been to several nail places in the area and found that American Nail has been the best. Good prices, never a wait.

The older lady who did my pedicure was fantastic, very neat job, wonderful massage. They didn't tell the guy what I wanted with my fingernails and he started to cut them off to put tips - NO! He did a so so job of pink and white. I kept having to give a lot of direction. Maybe I'm picky, but he just couldn't pick up on what I wanted. Is it just Florida, or does everyone charge $83 for pediure and acrylic? In California, the most I ever paid for both was between $50 and $60. The only other place I've tried in Florida (the place in the Target mall on Oakland Park Blvd) was horrible and charged $60 for the worst gel job ever, when I speifically said I didn't want gel again. And on top gave me fungus on one nail which I've never gotten in years of salons. I'd love to know of a reputable reasonable salon. I don't even mind paying more if it's a job well done.
