The person assigned to my mom's needs was frequently unavailable, never left an extension, then blamed me for not getting in touch with her. I left three different messages that were never returned.

I wanted to acknowledge Julian for his service of excellence.
It was Mother's Day and my mother-in-law was going home instead of a rehab- I vented to him because we had no equipment and she never should have gone home... he offered his time and talent on that Sunday if I decided we needed some equipment after we arrived home.
-- My brother in law was in charge- not me... and they made due the all homemade equipment, ie: kitchen chair with wheels...... my mother in law did end up in rehab shortly after the dc from hospital...
I wanted to make sure the company knows Julian went beyond the call of duty this past Mother's Day.
