        Dropped off my laptop for repair and they were very nice. They two weeks for repairs and was right. Had it back and they did an awesome job fixing my problems

        Over Christmas and New Years i made many purchases on-line and at the store from Best BUy. Their on-line with store pick up option is phenominal. They send you an e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up, usaully 30 mionutes or less,then you gp tp the store, get in line at the customer service desk and once they take your information, they guarantee like 3 min utes for them t get your itm or you get$10.00 off. I never got th $10 off, but it was a very short wait.
