Williams Services has effectively helped with the maintenance of our air conditioning systems at our offices. They have done this for us for the third time this year and I have to hand it to their team. They really are hard working and determined individuals. They know exactly what they are doing and they are always offering extra advice and suggestions to help us maintain our air conditioners. They always work around the schedule we can provide. Since our office is usually busy and hectic, we can’t have the repairs and maintenance done during office hours. Thus, it was a big relief when they were willing to accept an evening schedule when the offices were empty. They are the best people and the best services from our experience.

Williams Services responded to my call at an impressive amount of time. I had a sudden problem with my air conditioning just few hours before an event I was holding at my home. This problem would have ruined my plans if they hadn’t repaired my AC at the remarkable time that they did. It all took under 45 minutes and the AC was running perfectly, ready for the day’s festivities. The repair guy made it all so calm and he really did do his job so well, despite the chaos that surrounded him. It was a pleasure and I have absolutely nothing but positive comments on the service I received.

They were very patient and would always keep us updated as to what was happening. It’s summer time, so we have been blasting our AC every day now which is probably why it needed repairs in the first place.
