Williams Services was recommended by my neighbor who had a similar air conditioning problem as I did. Living in Texas, the heat tends to always get the best of you. So it’s important for me to always have a functioning air conditioning unit. But when it broke down for the first time, I didn’t know how to proceed with a repair. Luckily, Williams Services offered free estimates. They didn’t only give me a good price, but they also explained the possible problems my AC had to help me better understand what my money is paying for once it’s repaired. They did the job fast and were very informative. They also showed me tips on how to avoid the filter problem I had. I was very happy after the repair.

I chanced upon the website of Williams Services, LLC in the internet. I was reading about their services and decided to have the air-conditioning system in my office checked because my secretary was complaining about the heat in the office. When they arrived, they told me that there were leaks in the coil system which is the reason why it was not cooling the room enough. So I decided to ask them for the price of their service. I was happy with their offer and decided to hire them. I was surprised and gladdened that it did not take them long to fix the problem. My air conditioner is now working perfectly.

Terrible!! Didn't fix the AC the first time, then said it wasn't anything he did wrong when two other companies directly pointed to his work as the problem. He also won't stand behind his warranty. Don't use ever!!
