I have been disappointed by this Goodyear location twice (my fault for going back a second time, I know). But the first time was in 2000 when I took my vehicle for a minor repair that did not involve any under the hood work. I had always taken very good care of my car. It ran as smoothly as a brand-new car. So when I got my vehicle back, started it up, and it began idling so roughly that it almost cut off, I knew that someone had gone under my hood. The manager simply told me that it's an 'old car'. The next and final incident occurred this year in 2014. I thought things would be better since so much time had elapsed. I took my car in for replacement lower ball joints and a replacement upper right control arm. I had not had a problem with my radiator since I got it replaced two years ago. When I got my car back eight hours later, it ran hot on my way home. I immediately drove back to the shop, and the tech said that I had a cracked radiator (all of a sudden).
