My health care has been in the hands of FCFM for almost 10 years. I find the entire staff pleasant and knowledgeable and caring. There was even a time, prior to my medigap policy, that I did not have my copay and they offered to bill me for it. I took in cash the next day. Most of my dealings have been with Dr. Dickson. I find her above average in that she actually sits & listens to her patients, so when she gives a diagnosis it comes with thorough knowledge concerning the events leading to the visit. I have referred several to this office and have no intention of changing physicians.

I have received nothing but excellent care at this facility. My visits have not been time consuming like many other doctor visits elsewhere. The office staff has been very curtious and helpful. I've only seen Dr. Bennett and he is an excellent doctor.

The doctors are excellent however the office staff only cares about cash. They refused a long time client access to see a doctor because he didn't hace a his copay. He had insurance but didn't have his nominal copay at the time. They then dropped him as he complained to the Doctor and the BBB. They also sent a letter telling the patient that they were dropping him and ever since he had severe medical problems that he had better find another.
