Bill's Auto Glass Shop Inc

Fine enough work on my car's back and side glass on separate occasions, fair prices. (Though there is now a place in top corner that sits out from the gasket that wasn't there before..) What I disappreciated: I am self employed working with a certain demographic which "Bill" falls into. He has a situation which is substantially not in his favor and that he is paying entirely too much for. I drove twice down there, one hour each direction (4 hr total in the car), to write a new policy for him that would serve him perfectly and he would be paying less than he is now, while supporting a local business (which he said is very important to him, he also said he would be stupid to not make the change I was suggesting but to give him another day as he didn't have anything to finalize the change). I returned at the agreed to time, he stood me up (truck there, he not) I left a note saying I'd be in town and to call when he got back, I returned fifteen minutes later and he was gone. Now he is avoiding all my calls whereas before, when he was receiving the business he was right in answering no problem, he remembered me, he talked openly with me. Now I will have to ambush him again to make him talk to me about keeping his promise to get a policy which would be VASTLY in every single person's favor.

Does fine enough glass work but is not honest in many other aspects, acting cowardly towards a situation which I worked hard for. I know he would not appreciate doing a job 90% then have the owner take it away from him and refuse to pay him even though he did most of the work already..
