Service installation was excellent and instructions to maintain opener device was provided and discussed with me by "Johnny" I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a garage door opener.

Johnny was very prompt and honest and spoke to my spouse on the cell because I couldn't answer his questions. He worked independently and very courteous.

My torsion spring broke on one of the garage doors. I called up several other companies, this garage door repair company gave me a quote and said he could come out today. Told them I would call him back, called a couple of other companies and received estimates from them too. This garage door repair company was reasonable and fast. They came out repaired my door, charged me the estimated amount. Dependable, reliable and reasonable, 5 stars across the board.

We needed a new remote for our very old garage door. Not really knowing where to start, I called some different companies and left msgs and one even quoted me $110 to come out and program a new remote. Seeing the great reviews on the internet, I called Tech's Garage Door Repair late Sat. night expecting to leave a msg. Instead, a very nice gentleman answered and explained that he *could* do a service call, or I could easily get a universal remote (because he explained that my Liftmaster garage door maker was no longer manufacturing remotes) from Home Depot and program it at home. He even offered to let me call back so he could walk me though the steps over the phone. I ended up spending about $40 on the remote. Now that is service! I know that if anything ever breaks (which is bound to happen someday) , we'll be calling them first!

Tech's was great! They showed up exactly on time, were quick, charged me their quoted price and even programmed my car buttons to work on my garage (which didnt occur to me).

One of my garage door openers stopped working yesterday. It hummed, but there was no movement in the chain. I called Tech based on the other the internet reviews. He arrived at 8am this morning. My openers are 12yrs old so I expected to be sold replacements for both doors. Tech looked at the opener and determined that the gear was stripped and replaced. I had him check the other, and it was fine. He just oiled. There was ample opportunity to up sale or even rip me off, but Tech performed only necessary repairs. Totally HONEST and efficient. Done and gone in 40 minutes. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

As it turns out my experience was just the opposite. I checked the internet and found this garage door repair company with all 5 star reviews. Tech answered the phone, gave me a reasonable estimate to replace the springs and he arrived within 1 hour. He fixed the door, lubricated the door rails/track and charged me exactly what he said he would ON SUNDAY!!

Started Sunday morning with a broken garage door. A quick inspection revolved a broken torsion spring. I mentally prepared for an expensive and painful Sunday.

Same day service mixed with the best prices in the business, I see no other option. If anyone else see's another option well then that's on them. I called many companies and all of them said they could only schedule appointments to fix my garage door in the next day or two. I wanted service that very same day and it was very frustrating calling so many companies and all of them seemed to be so busy, but when I came upon you guys, you were ready to come to my house in the next two hours, who could deny that?! You guys were also very kind and really sold me to use you guys, you didn't trick me into doing something I didn't need and you didn't over charge me, actually the prices beat all the other companies I called, so I thank you for everything.
