I've come to see Dr. Haq twice... the first time I went to see her the wait time was bearable, the visit was short and sweet to the point... then came the prescription. This doctor forgot to send in my prescription when I was extremely ill, I was coughing so much to the point where I could barely sleep. The doctor herself called me to tell me that she forgot, and that "this never happens I'm so sorry.. its ready for you to pick up now" Thankfully it was ready to pick up and i was on my merry way.

This second visit, I was 14 minutes late, which was my fault because I went to the wrong office. I was not upset about having to wait a little longer to be seen because being late was my fault. 2 hours later... I'm finally able to go, but she says "but wait, let me make sure the prescriptions go through." so I patiently waited.. she said all is good! yay! right?

nope! the rx was sent to the wrong pharmacy.

Doctors are very unprofessional in everyway, cant get anything right. Do not go there ever, this office needs to be closed to be honnest or get retrained.

Nope. Never again. I have a 6 month old daughter. Made an appointment, showed up on time, was told I didn't have an appointment. Nobody in the waiting room, doctors chatting and told I couldn't be seen because the doctors were booked. Even after confirming that I had spoken with them the day before.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE DO NO EVER GO TO THIS FACILITY! THE DOCTOR'S ARE HORRIBLE! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR 4 DAYS FOR MY DOCOTR TO CALL IN MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS TO THE PHARMACY. MY PRESSURE IS SO HIGH RIGHT NOW, I'M SHAKING! I'VE BEEN PUT ON HOLD, HUNG UP ON, AND TREATED LIKE CRAP FOR OVER A YEAR. I HAD TO GO TO EMERGENCY B/C I'M ANEMIC AND SHE KNOWS IT! THE SECRETARY GAVE ME MY BLOOD TEST RESULTS OVER THE PHONE, AND SAID "TAKE IRON" I SAID HOW MUCH, SHE SAID, I DON'T KNOW. MY DR HAS BEEN GIVING ME PROBLEMS SINCE DAY 1. I'VE BEEN BATTLING CONSTIPATION, I ASKED HER TO SEND ME TO A GI DOC, SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE. I NEED A COLONOSCOPY B/C WE TRIED EVERYTHING ELSE. SHE SAID I DON'T NEED ONE UNTIL I'M 50, I WAS 47 AT THE TIME. I HAD AN AUNT (MOTHER'S SISTER) WHO DIED FROM COLON CANCER, THE DR FELT SHE WASN'T MY MOTHER SO THERE'S NO FAMILY HISTORY. I HAD TO SCREAM AT HER TO SEND ME TO A GI DOC AND SHE GOT AN ATTITUDE. MAKING A LONG STORY SHORT, I HAD 1 CANCEROUS POLYP AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN CARE.

I had been going here for about 4months and was verry happy with the environment and all the assistants are super nice, however I was on a treatment program where I have to go every month to be seen and get a refill on prescriptions, then out of no where they call and say my Dr is gone but not worry they will give me a weeks worth if medication and have a new doctor by the time I was out of medication, well I got a call saying they still don't have a Dr and they can't see me. They won't tell me where my Dr went or why he is no longer employed. To go to a new Dr for what treatment program I am on takes weeks, so now with only enough medication for 1 day I'm stuck having to start over and go with out medication for who knows how long.. I called my insurance and they said the Dr office was supposed to give atleast 30 day notice to give you time to get a new doctor, without having to go without yyour medication. Totally unprofessional. If I was able to give less than 1 star or negative stars I would.
