Mike Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning

Don't let the crazy bad review fool you, Mike came highly recommended by neighbors and business associates. He came out exactly when he said he would and had our heater up and running within the hour. I wish we would have had his information this summer when we had another company come out and tell us we needed a whole new system. Mike told us a new system would definitely be more efficient, but our current system has plenty of life left.

I was very pleased with the service we received. Not only did they offer to come after hours, and we declined due to our early shifts, they came the following day. Very professional, curtious, price efficient, and exactly on time! Would definitely use them in the future! Thank you!

Found this company on Craigslist and decided to give them a call since the ad stated they still had available appointments for the day. Mike put me on hold and came back to say the only available time was 7 pm and the service call would cost $49. I went ahead and told him that was fine which he proceeded to take down my address and information.

When 7 pm came, my Husband called Mike to confirm which he stated he was running about 40 minutes late and was on his way. At 8:40 pm, he still hadn't shown. My Husband again called him to see the status and to cancel with him since the sun was coming down. He said he was on his way and will be here in 20 minutes. Upon canceling with him, he told my Husband he never promised me a time and that it would be our choice to cancel. Is it normal for a HVAC repair person to come after dark? The whole ordeal seemed very suspicious to us, especially since we found him on Craigslist.

Needless to say, we wasted a whole day on this guy and an opportunity to work with an other company who would have shown on time to fix our AC.
