Dollar Tree

I went into this store today asked the cashier to please check my items out in two different orders. However the cashier chose to scan them all together. So when I got ready to check out I advised the cashier that the first order was for an elderly man that I had to shop for and his card number had to be punched in. The card declined due to the cashier not knowing what she was doing at that point she started arguing with me that the card did not have what I stated it had on it and made a huge scene. I asked for a manager feeling completely humiliated who got it to work. I stated to the manager what happened to which she told me oh please excuse her she is new! So her manners were hired the same day she was?? Afterwards I spoke with the store manager that blew it off stating the same thing she is new! Apparently if you are a new employee that is learning how to be a cashier it is OK to have no customer service skills either. Then to top it off she slung my change and my receipt at me and proceeded to check out the customer behind me stating I don't see why some people have to holler. I never hollered at this lady. I have no intentions of ever shopping here again and if I could give 0 stars I would but I have to give at least 1 that is the only reason I am giving 1 star
