Azalea Avenue Self Storage

I have been with this storage unit for over 2 years. I decided to move out of this unit because the new owners increased the prices on people who already HAD a storage unit. I moved out of my unit 3 days before I was scheduled to vacate. On this date as I was making multiple trips to my residence right down the street less than 5 min away. I left the lock off my unit but had not advised owners I was don't vacating. Because there was a new customer looking for a unit the size that I had she decided to move my belongings out of my unit even though she knew I had not vacated. She placed my things in the hallway and proceeded to show the unit to said customer. She claimed that she did not know I was still in the unit but HELLO IT STILL HAD THINGS IN IT AND I WAS NOT DUE TO VACATE. Kathy is completely inappropriate in this manner. If you do move in please conduct your business with Darrel. He is wonderful and completely agreed that she was wrong and inappropriate. He also is an owner of this establishment. I do not recommend. There are numerous they facilities in the areas.

I was very impressed with this mini storage business. It was so clean, well managed and very reasonably priced. I would store here again and would definitely recomend them.

The employees at Azalea Avenue Self storage are friendly and helpful. They made moving easy and less stressful!
