I'd recommend Crystal Window. I like their salesman. I purchased windows from them and the installation went well and the quality of the windows is very good.

I just replaced my windows with energy star rated crystal windows. i opted for the 200 series and can't be happier. price wasn't too bad considering the installer gave me a price with both installation & the product.

I purchased 7 double hung Crystal windows in 2009. Every single one has gone bad. The top portion of each window has fogged terribly. I live in Virginia Beach, VA and there no longer is a Crystal distributor in my area. My windows have been discontinued, so after jumping through hoops for Crystal by sending them photos of each fogged window and photos of the stickers inside each window, Crystal agreed to send me 7 new windows but charge me $980.00 for shipping. To save myself the EXORBITANT shipping charges I asked if I could pick up the windows at one of their distribution centers in northern Va. and I was told that was not possible. I then asked if they would reimburse me for the 7 windows so that I could purchase windows locally. They agreed to reimburse me $800.00 for 7 windows (the price they quoted to manufacture 7 new windows) which I agreed to. Then they changed their tune and said it would not cost them that much to manufacture my windows and they would get back to me with a new lower amount. I said I agreed to $800.00, that is the amount that I want. Since then they have discontinued ALL contact with me. By the way, my communication with Crystal has been ongoing since April 21, 2015. I have been communicating with Steven Yu during this time. Crystal's customer service is beyond awful and their products are inferior. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Dept. of Consumer Affairs and Crystal has not responded to them. My advice to consumers is BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this company in a million years!!!!!I If I could rate them ZERO stars I would.

very happy with my new windows, just redid the whole house & I can't wait to save money on all the energy saving glass they have. very professional and excellent service

The company changed windows in all the apartments. My experience was terrible workers are careless. They do not take into consideration to the furniture in the rooms. To the extent that they damaged a bedroom set which I had purchased 10 days ago. They are not professional in the service provided. definitely need to have apartment empty instead to avoid destroying any item.

it should has no star at all. terrible quality. replaced several windows in the beginning after several months then most of the windows started leaking after 1 year when the warranty expired. the contractor, Team Windows located at 4120 College Point Boulevard Flushing, NY 11355 was terrible. not only they won't do anyting, the boss even cursed the customer for complaining about the service. definitely stay away from this company.

I needed new windows & shopped around. Ordered Crystal through a contractor. Installed them over the weekend & they work wonderfully. No problems and they just have a better look than my old beat up windows. I'm happy for what I paid and what I got.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I just had to after such great customer service. I went in to get some new windows for my home. I did a little research prior to visiting their showroom but I found out that it was not enough. They were very knowledgeable and informed me about all the benefits of energy efficient windows. I believe that the they were a great deal for the price I paid. I had a third party installer put them in and I have no problems at all.

Crystal's brand identity, products & professionalism has helped structure my business. I am grateful for their dedication to their customers. In the years to come I am confident that my business will grow along-side Crystal and have a positive outcome.

I was skeptical when I first started using their brand. I did a little research and found out that they are a pretty big player in the window industry. 5 years later, I am installing windows at an increased level and it's all thanks to Crystal. My customers tell their friends about my installation and Crystal's products and then I have another job. Crystal also honors their warranty and makes my job as an installer easier by servicing their own products.

had a professional contractor Installed 4 windows all leaking air. first with an arrogant attitude, Crystal blamed the contractor for bad installation, then after 3 weeks in freezing winter nights dealing with bad customer service (advised me to put cardboard where the leak until inspection!... once said they are very busy) a technician came to inspect the windows and admit there was missing sealants and I had to schedule again to resolve the issue... another 3 weeks passed and here they send the technician who did an ok job for what he can do, not what he suppose to do then when I pointed to other areas that leak air he said that he has to go because of traffic and other appointments. to accommodate my need he left some supplies for my contractor to finish the job for him!! Stay away from this blood sucking company...they do not honer their warranty...bad customer service.. and bad products

I love Crystal Windows! I came in last Saturday & was shocked to find out that they're not window installers but window manufacturers since I always pass their sign on the highway. I was upset that they weren't going to sell to me but the Marketing Department stopped by & gave me a great referral to an installer. Lucky us the installer came over & spoke to us. He gave us a good price with the installation & I'm expecting some new windows for the spring.

Customer service is very important & Crystal has trained their CSR's/Account Support to handle just that. Very impressed with their products & services.

Hello all! My name is Crystal, and I was in need for some replacement windows. I contacted Crystal Windows, because well my name is Crystal & I decided to try them out. Overall very friendly, they weren't able to sell directly to me however, but referred an installation company that I worked with.

4 stars because I couldn't buy them myself, but then again I wouldn't know how to install them anyways, so back to 5 stars.
