Hot Spot Tanning

The salon was clean, but I was very unsatisfied with their customer service. I was there 10 minutes before close and the doors were already locked. On my next visit, I asked the owner what time they closed and he became very angry and said that the posted closing time is what time they leave and if I were to go to Applebee's at "two minutes" before closing time, would I expect to be served. My answer to that is yes. So will a bank, so will a retail store. If their business is an exception, then the locking the door time should be more specific or it should be specified at the time when a customer signs up.

I am very happy with Hot Spot Tanning. The staff very nice and remembers my name after just a few visits. The rooms are done in dark soothing colors and are kept spotless. The beds are always clean and they leave a bottle of cleaning solution and a cloth if you want to give it another cleaning before you use it. There is a full length mirror and a padded stool and coat rack for your things. Also a nice fluffy rug on the tile floor. Everything is fairly new. I think they have been here for a year or two.
