We are a local company from Flower Mound, which has been established in the pool business since 2002. I decided to start this business after having our pool built. I would watch the pool service we had hired come in and clean our pool on a weekly basis, or so it was supposed to be. They either didnt show up on the day my service was scheduled for, or not at all. I would try to communicate with our technician; they spoke very little English, therefore making it very difficult to discuss problems or concerns. I would randomly get additional bills for stuff I know they didnt do and chemicals that were supposed to be included with my monthly payment. After speaking with neighbors and friends, I found they were having the same problems. Therefore, I decided I would start Quality H2o Pool Service. A company who actually believes in the Golden Rule. I have built my company over the last ten years by actually caring about my customers and their pool. I show up the same day and very close to the same time every week. I actually clean your pool completely, no short cuts and I dont charge ever for any extra time or chemicals. I treat your pool as if it was my own. And the one thing I know for sure, after a hard day of work, you want to come home to a nice clean blue pool. And that is exactly what you get with my company!
