I feel that the staff at Kwik Kar Lube only recommends what truly needs to be done to my vehicle. Very impressed with the staff.

Called for price of oil change, was told $38. Already pricey, but convenient. Took my car in, ended up costing $49.71, and was provided service without telling me the price so I was stuck with a $50 oil change. Will never go here again

The Kwik Kar manager promptly alerted me that a hose in my Mercedes had accidentally broken during the oil change. He said they had already ordered the part and the owner was picking it up. I came in the next day and they got it fixed promptly. This is great customer service, people are happy to know that a problem is dealt with quickly and well. Especially while on a mini vacation at home. I even stopped at Kwik Kar Full Services Car Wash on my way home for another one of their great car washes.
