The doctor messed up my prescription and my husband's, requiring extra visits. Also, he cut his finger on the foil wrapper of the contact lens packaging, and he wiped his finger on a Kleenex and handed me the lens on his cut finger. So cleanliness is suspect. Overcharged for the routine exam, then had to cut a check to fix that. Receptionist encouraged me to price out contacts online before buying through them because she was confident they were "competitive." I saw I could save almost 50% online, which is right when she got obnoxious and rude. I could not read the dr's spidery writing, and he had squeezed the RX for both glasses and contacts on the same script, and when I called, she was hostile and practically hung up on me. Don't go here!
