I am 11weeks and a few week back i thought i was having a miscarriage what turned out to be a hematoma, I was very unhappy with dr. Kaplain answers that my husband and I were asking. It was like she didn't know how to speak, she made me feel unsafe that it was best for me to find another doctor. As for dr. Jennifer she's nice, she goes the extra mile to try to help you. Also when you leave the office make sure you talk to the secretary about you owing anything cause everytime I walked in and left I would be right in front of her And she never talked about a co-pay buy now I get a 300.00 dollar bill which all that time I was under the impression my health insurance had covered me for my last 3 visits which apparently not.
