READ READ READ READ!!!! Absolute worst agent in the INDUSTRY. I have had more trouble dealing with this office than any other in any other company. They will not take care of you and their auditing is horrible. WATCH OUTH FOR FEES THAT ARENT OWED. I paid twice now an FR4 from the same dates not covered from back in January and still no reports was made to clear my FR4 and its AUGUST! Horrible customer service and delinquent care. Bunn Tyson left me stranded 8 hours away from home and it took me reporting him to escalations to get him to vaguely care due to the fact that I was overcharged over $600.00 on my coverage! I had to sleep overnight in my vehicle due to no funds in my bank account because of his mishap. Make the extra drive and go to Misty Stathos, I've had no issues with her and her office is so tight knit and squared away. I truly feel like family at Misty Stathos!!!
