I didn't even want to give them a star. Front staff and younger Dr., Clay, completely rude!!! NEVER will return again, and I even gave them more than one chance. I'll wait the year getting into somewhere else next time.

I completely agree with this other review!! This staff has been completely ridiculous and unprofessional. It is true that getting through to them via telephone is practically impossible, but on top of that they are awful at mailing out billing statements, We have received "FINAL NOTICES" on balances that we never received a statement for and before the bill would have even been do anyway. Whenever I get ANY kind of correspondence from them whether it be a bill or a "FINAL NOTICE" I have always called and after a week I usually get through and then I PAY MY BILL! The other day I received a letter from a collections agency. This office sent me to collections with no notice (never got a FINAL NOTICE letter this time) even though I had just paid my bill the month prior. They will now not take me out of collections until my bill is paid in full (almost $600) even though I spoke to someone at the office a month prior and had a payment plan in place. Now my calls are being avoided by the office manager as I continue to call to try to resolve this issue.

Office staff is ridiculous!!! NEVER answer the phone when trying to schedule, reschedule, cancel appointments and then EXTREMELY rude when they do. You have to try for DAYS to get through to them. Speaking to the office manager about the problem didn't help either! Don't waste your time with these folks!!!!
