I'm sorry I had to give this even one star. The car ran for a day, and then was in and out and in and out of their shop for three weeks. No loaner offered and no reimbursement on two tow truck bills. When the deal fell through (duh!) they took WEEKS to return the down payment or the title of the car traded in. The WORST.

I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 from Marshall Motors. The car was great for the first 2 days then from there on it was all downhill. I had to add over 6 quarts of oil within 3 weeks of owning the car and was not satisfied with the car. I came back to Marshall Motors on Monday September 22, 2014. I told them I wanted the car to be fixed because of the oil consumption problem. They informed me that they would be willing to give me 350 dollar of credit towards fixing the problem. I declined because the oil consumption problem with the Audi A5 could cost over $4,000 according to the mechanic I talked to at Beechmont Audi. Normally they would just tell me well I bought the car it was my problem however I did not officially own the car yet. When I bought and signed the papers for the car they actually came to my place of work to do it because I was going to be at work during their business hours for the next few weeks. I was later informed a week later from Marshall Motors that the paper work didn't go through because their corporate did not approve the signing and paperwork outside of their office. I should've known seen it as a sign as how desperate that they we'e to sell their defective car; that they would drive over 40 mins to my work place just to get me to sign papers. Due to their corporate office not approving the paper, I had some leverage. I informed them I would not sign any new paperwork until they fixed the problem with the oil consumption. They refused to do so, so I told them that I would not sign any new paper work. They agreed to to give me my deposit back along with the car I traded in because they had no choice since there was no paperwork. They agreed that we would both get our cars back how it originally was. When I bought the Audi A5 I bought an aftermarket grill to replace the original grill. I told them I need to swap back the original grill so I could return the aftermarket grill, they agreed I could come back the next morning since there mechanic didn't have time to do it today. I came back the next morning with their original grill to swap out with my grill and they simply refused to give me back my grill. The police was involved however could do nothing because they said I had to file a lawsuit. Marshall Motors knows they can just keep my grill because it would cost more for me to hire an attorney than the grill. This used car dealership is shoddy and will find anyway to get money out of you. They won't even give me my grill that I bought even though I brought their original grill back to them. They claim that they put money into my car and need to recoup their losses. However I have other loses on the car that I won't be able to get back such as time spent driving the defective car, oil, and the tinted windows I had installed. I told them they can take whatever they did to my car back and I just want my grill back but they refused. I have never had to go through so much of an hassle over a car.
