I bought a $400 battery for a John Deere tractor. It would never hold a charge. After a year of dealing with it, I called for a replacement. And of course, like every time I ever called them, the warranty was only good for a year!

Thumbs up to the parts team. Nice and Knowledgeable, but stay clear from Brian Boggs the Service Manager. He's easy to spot ( 7ft tall with facial features of Down Syndrome) Was denied a warranty claim when I still had a week left from expiring! When I stood my ground on this issue, he became very irate and rude. Odd thing is that I was told by one of the employees that decisions made by him depended on whether he was in a good mood or not. I have never been treated this way from Jacobis Sales or Louisville Tractor... The wife and I will never be back.
