Health Point Family Care

I have visited twice at Healthpoint and unfortunately the staff services continue to be unprofessional and customer service is horrible. The front desk staff do not greet you instead give uninviting looks if they're present when entering. The staff also have personal conversations as well talk about patients and their children with rude remarks and laughs. I feel they were very disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. I believe they need training in customer services and how to be professional. I work in the same field and this would not be tolerated. I visited at 3pm on a Wednesday and its usually the same staff members. I will no longer visit this Healthpoint and will spread the word.

Went here for a miscarriage to keep up with my hcg levels which was a emotional time for me. My hcg levels were going up during a suspected miscarriage and was told that was normal!!?? Which it definitely isn't that could be life threatening .And that i didn't need to contact the office. ! The front desk lady treated me horribly and didn't give me any direction. My doctor never asked me to reschedule an appointment to follow up so i requested online to reschedule from the website and to this day i still never got any reply!!!!. So i switched my primary care to another doctor from another practice and health point wouldn't even get back with him to give him my results. I do not recommend you go to the Florence health point if you are looking for people to care for you and your health. Worst experience in my life. I never write reviews but i thought that this was really important to get out.
