I have had $2300 worth of work done at the Dental Center of Florence this week. I have spent 3 days in their chairs, had multiple cavities filled, a crown, my gums are torn up and bleeding, and my jaw feels like hell from roughly being used as a handle to move my head about by the dentist. It is not a handle. I told them my jaw hurts badly, and my gums are torn up, and I am in pain. All while still under the effects of Novocaine, and they tell me to take Tylenol and refuse to give pain medicine.
This is unethical and simply cruel. I trusted them to do what was right, and I went there because I was in pain. I shouldn't be leaving there in pain and without medicine for it.
Also, put your damn mask on when working on a patient. No one wants to have you nose breathing into their face.

Thank you to all the staff at dcof, you eased all my fears on my first visit, and I have to admit I was petrified. I was given no lectures on how poorly I had taken care of my teeth, they really gave me my life back in one day, it's unbelievable, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner .thanks again for your patience and kindness and the friendliness of all the staff members,You now have a patient for life and I will recommend to all my family and friends. I too paid over $2000 to have some top teeth pulled and a denture made. From the very beginning, the denture was designed wrong. The left side stuck out, didn't cradle my gum like the other side. It poked my jaw so they sawed it off. But now I have nothing on the left side to hold onto my gum. THere is no suction in the roof of my mouth either; they keep saying "put more adhesive in". But it's not my fault they made it wrong and I shouldn't have to suffer. (adhesive prevents you from being able to rinse food out and food gets up in there because of the poor fit!). It fell out of my mouth talking, after getting my last liner so liners are not helping. They want you to suffer when they are the ones who made the mistake. I am going this week and they better fix it for me. If they don't want to make a new one, I will have to take legal action I guess. That's the problem with paying upfront. I just think they have a lot of young inexperienced people there. The tech took 90 minutes in total for a simple filling.

Went to get upper dentures i was told dont worry about the cost we have payment plans so i didnt worry the day of the procedure their whole attitude changed wheres tge money we want the money they made me feel like second class no one should feel that way ever i was nervous anyway then i just felt bad real bad

After spending nearly $3000.00 I can't even get a set of teeth that fit properly. I was told to put some fixadent in them so they will stay in my mouth. You would think after numerous visit and paid for services they could get them done right. I should not have to glue my teeth in for them to stay in my mouth. Embarrassed when you talk to someone and your teeth fall out. And hey don't laugh or smile to big. Don't waste your money. Find someone who is willing to give you a quality product and stand behind their work.

I love DCOF! They are so efficient and professional. The staff is very nice and they listen to every concern I have. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my dental needs. They recently remodeled and the office looks amazing. Thank you DCOF!

I just got my new dentures and I can't tell you how happy I am with them. Everyone in the office was nice and very helpful. And a big thumbs up to who ever made my new teeth, they fit perfectly and I have not had one problem with them, I expected a little pain or discomfort but I had none. You guys are great.

I've spent a LOT of money here and for the most part it's been good. They're good at crowns. The one star is for one crappily uncaring woman at the front desk on the morning of Tuesday Jan 19 2016. I called and said it felt like I had a root going bad and that I was in pain (root going bad = INFECTION). I was told that I was a month overdue for a cleaning. (is that REALLY priority at a time like this??) She flatly told me they had no availability until Friday, but she'd schedule me for a cleaning and they'd take a look at 'the other thing' while I was there ..... 0 _ o ...... I realize they're busy and get dental emergencies every day, but NO one in pain and with a tooth infection (potentially FATAL) should be put off for 3 days. Any good dentist office should be able to accommodate that. I went elsewhere and, indeed, my root was infected. Luckily, I got penicillin from *someone* since my own dentist office turned me away. Very VERY disappointed. If I can't count on them in an emergency, there's no reason to go back. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
